Gumarwani Civil Construction are a part of the Recon Services Group. Our foundations began in 2003 with the original company providing Industrial and Commercial project services in the Latrobe Valley. In 2015, Recon was established and expanded broadly into the construction industry. We provide services for clients operating in civil and building construction, renewable energy, telecommunications and roads, infrastructure and land development sectors throughout Australia.
